30A Home Fixology started with a simple idea: this stretch of coast deserves a handyman homeowners can actually count on. Someone who picks up the phone, shows up when he says he will, and does the work right the first time.
That someone is Jeff Rogers. Jeff runs the business hands-on, working right alongside his son and a small, trusted crew. We're not a franchise and we're not a call center passing your job down a chain. We're the folks who live and work here on 30A, and we take real pride in the homes we care for.
We tackle the nagging repairs on your to-do list, big or small — from leaky faucets and clogged gutters to painting, drywall, tile, and storm prep. We restore your home's functionality and spruce up its exterior, all while treating you and your property with respect.

Beach homes are different. Salt air chews through hardware, humidity swells doors, and storm season keeps everyone on their toes. We know these problems firsthand because we solve them every week — swapping corroded fixtures for marine-grade stainless, sealing out moisture, and getting homes storm-ready before the Gulf turns rough. When a January 2024 tornado hit the area, we were out helping neighbors put their homes back together.

A lot of the homes on 30A are second homes and vacation rentals. We're built for that. We send photo and text updates as we work, coordinate with your cleaner or property manager, and turn around repairs in the tight window between check-out and check-in. You never have to be here for us to get it done right.
