Our services

30A Home Fixology provides handyman and home-maintenance services in Santa Rosa Beach and the surrounding 30A and South Walton area. Certain work that requires a licensed specialty contractor (for example, major electrical, plumbing, structural, or roofing work) may be outside our scope; when that's the case, we'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.

Estimates and pricing

We provide free estimates. Any estimate is based on the information available at the time and the scope we discuss. If the work turns out to be different once we get into it, we'll talk with you before proceeding. Final pricing is confirmed in a written scope of work.

Scheduling and cancellations

We do our best to arrive on time and keep you informed. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed in your written estimate or upon completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept common payment methods and can process payments remotely for out-of-town owners.

Our workmanship guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with a repair we performed, contact us and we'll return to make it right. This guarantee covers our workmanship and does not cover normal wear, owner-supplied materials, or issues outside the original scope.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific work at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
